30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your AVENLO artwork. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Because each AVENLO artwork is individually hand-painted, slight variations in color, texture, brushwork, and composition are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the artwork and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, AVENLO will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Change-of-mind returns: Please contact us before returning your artwork. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
